Disappointing!

First the location is great. It was very close to two metro lines and a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Chez Paul was a great fine for authentic, freshly cooked French food.When we arrived, the lockbox was jammed and so we couldn't open it for about an hour. We made a call to customer service and was told we would get a call back in 15 minutes. A half hour later called again and it was as if we'd never called before. They refuse to send someone over to get it open, but just offered to have someone video conference with us. Finally after banging on the lockbox, it opened. The couch was stained and the floor looked like it was not vacuumed. A sink spout was loose. The lower dishwasher rack was broken and wouldn't slide in or out easily. Worst, the main shower had water coming out of the sides of the showerhead into the ceiling which looked like it had mold. So if you used the overhead shower, you likely had molding raining down upon you. We use the handheld attachment only. Next, we tried to use the washing machine but it wouldn't work period called customer service and needed to spend the half hour trying together fixed but it couldn't be. They sent someone over who also couldn't fix it and then said had to be fixed under warranty so we had no washing machine. Last night there the TV disconnected from the intenet almost as if a fuse was blown. TV would not reconnect.Overall, disappointment and not a good value for the price.

Die Lage im 11. Arrondissement ist hervorragend. Die Metro ist in nur 16 km bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und wir haben sie überallhin genutzt. Die Fußbodenheizung war ein tolles Extra. Es gab nur zwei kleine Probleme: Der Warmwasserbereiter funktioniert zwar sehr gut, aber nach drei Personen ist das Wasser schon wieder leer. Außerdem war es sehr schwierig, in die Wohnung zu kommen, da der Schlüssel lange im Schlüsseltresor steckte und ich den Kundenservice anrufen musste, um hineinzukommen.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war wirklich angenehm. Alles war erstklassig. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, was für drei Mädchen sehr praktisch war. Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Innenausstattung des Gebäudes ist atemberaubend mit tropischen Bäumen und einem vertikalen Garten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke.

Diese Residenz ist atemberaubend und makellos -- extrem sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche und Seife. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr sicheren Wohnanlage und war trotz mehrerer Codes, die an verschiedenen Stellen benötigt wurden, nicht schwer zugänglich. Die Gegend war fabelhaft und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen -- viele fantastische Restaurants und Geschäfte und ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Wir haben es sehr genossen.
