Here’s your chance to live in a fantastic stone house from the 18th century in Eskelhem, Gotlands Tofta. Located on a beautiful farm just a few kilometers from the popular Tofta beach, Gotland Zoo, and much more. The house is part of an active organic farm in a wonderful, relaxing environment in southern Gotland, offering a perfect starting point for exploring attractions like Visby, magical beaches, Pippi Longstocking’s summer and water park, Visby Golf Club, the Karlsö Islands, and much more. Don’t miss this gem! Charming two-story house with a lush garden and patio. You are welcomed by a spacious kitchen with a cozy dining area and access to the patio. The hallway leads you to a fresh bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a tranquil bedroom with a single bed, TV, and a comfortable sofa. From the kitchen, you can reach the upper floor, where the remaining beds are located. The upper floor features a cozy atmosphere with beautiful walls and floors, including a peaceful bedroom with a double bed and an additional two beds in a spacious room that you reach via the stairs and is thus without a door to close. Outdoors, you have access to outdoor furniture and a grill on the patio, with a lovely lawn in front and a beautiful view of the field. Good to know! The house is not rented out to youth groups. The house is on a farm with active farming operations, where large machines are in use. The owner lives in the neighboring house. If cleaning is booked on short notice, the owner cannot guarantee availability. Tofta is located on the southern part of Gotland along the western coast. This coastline offers magical spots; take a trip to Eksta Coast with views of the Karlsö Islands, which you can also visit during the summer through organized excursions. A must for children is a day at Pippi’s Summer and Water Park – Kneippbyn. Don’t miss Gotland Zoo either! For golf enthusiasts, Visby Golf Club, named one of Sweden’s most beautiful golf courses, is well worth a visit. In Visby, you’ll find Gotland’s pride, the Visby City Wall, encircling the charming, rose-adorned streets of the Old Town, with restaurants, small shops, and delightful cafés. Be sure to explore other parts of Gotland as well. Fårö, at the northern tip, boasts fantastic beaches and unique limestone formations, such as Digerhuvud – a dramatic rauk field showcasing the full power of nature.
