MY place is a two bedroom with queen size beds with a finished basement with two twin beds with separate air condition and heating, two bath with attic, finished basement, and washer and dryer including all linings and amenities along with free off street parking. The Beach Home is two and a half blocks away from the Beach/ Boardwalk. My place is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families (with children),and big groups. Walking distance to Belmar main street where you can find shopping and great restaurants. Belmar ( NJ transit ) within 15min walking distance which is approximately just over a 1hr 1/2 to Manhattan(NYC Penn station). Avon by the sea is a 10 min car ride. Asbury park is a 20 min car ride

Great Host and Location

Carmelo’s property is perfect for a summer beach getaway in Belmar. The house has a great backyard and deck for hanging out and has plenty of space inside. The house is very close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Carmelo was great with communication and I would definitely stay again.

This property was very clean, comfortably furnished, especially the mattresses and pillows. We managed well with the kitchen basics. We checked in after dark and had a little trouble identifying the house. The last night we had navigation trouble and Carmelo kindly rescued us by guiding us through the neighborhood, turn by turn, over the phone!
