This cozy 2-bedroom accommodation, located just minutes from the beach, offers the perfect balance between comfort and convenience. The rooms are well-lit and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming environment to rest. The private pool is the main attraction, offering a refreshing and tranquil spot to relax in the sun. With the beach so close, you can easily enjoy moments by the sea, taking advantage of the best of both worlds: the tranquility of the pool and proximity to the ocean. Ideal for couples, friends, or small families, this accommodation provides a relaxing and pleasant stay.

All sheets and towels are provided, as well as first-day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay, we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with the expected time of your arrival. Check-in is carried out directly at the accommodation from 3:30 PM.

At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that when checking out, you pay attention to your belongings, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

Wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Lagune Arade. Die Wohnung ist sehr stillvoll und modern eingerichtet, das ganze Objekt ist sehr gehoben und an sich allein mit sehr viel Komfort ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal um die Gegend zu erkunden, Supermärkte, Strände, Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und einfach erholsam - man kann sich gar nicht satt sehen. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder!
