The beauty of the building is extraordinary since it features the typical Mallorcan stone everywhere, from the terraces and stairs to the walls of the house. The most peculiar and, at the same time, beneficial thing is that the house is divided into two buildings. The kitchen is in one of the houses, and it is equipped with a gas stove, microwave and other kitchen utensils and appliances, including a washing machine. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room, where you can watch satellite TV from the sofa, maybe accompanied by the warmth of the wood stove when it is cold. At the second building, you will find a hall and a shower bathroom on the ground floor and, going upstairs, there are two bedroom with a fan and a wardrobe in each one. One presents a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. A cot and a high chair are also available, The surroundings of the property are just a dream. S"Oliverat liegt in einer atemberaubend schönen Lage, eingebettet zwischen Bergen und Olivenbäumen und doch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der malerischen Stadt Fornalutx entfernt. Der Garten ist einfach unglaublich, der Pool ist sauber und von Blumen umgeben. Wir waren von der Ausstattung beeindruckt und die Betten waren äußerst bequem.

Wunderschönes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage. Es ist ein 10-minütiger (hügeliger) Spaziergang nach Fornalutx und eine kurze Fahrt nach Soller. Das Anwesen war geräumig und der Grundriss mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer und Badezimmer im Obergeschoss und den anderen beiden Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss war ideal für unsere Familie.

Die Berggegend und die Umgebung waren wirklich angenehm, voller Natur und sauberer Luft. Der Pool hatte die perfekte Größe und der Garten war voller Farben und bot eine Mischung aus Sonnenlicht und Schatten. Die Betten boten ein hohes Maß an Komfort und die Gegend war insgesamt sehr beruhigend. Wir nutzten die Villa, um in die Berge zu wagen und machten viele tolle Wanderungen. Der örtliche Busservice erwies sich als zuverlässig und ermöglichte einfache Verbindungen nach Soller und Port de Soller.
