Gatherings:
Please respect the maximum number of guests indicated in your booking. Exceeding this limit will be considered a gathering. Most of our apartments do not allow gatherings; however, small visits from friends or family are welcome. Any exception must be approved in advance.

- Upon check-in, you'll receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remove it when leaving to conserve energy.

- Each accommodation comes with one key card; lost or additional cards will incur replacement and extra electricity charges.

- Although our smart TV doesn't include satellite channels, you can enjoy a variety of streaming services like YouTube, or log in to your personal Netflix account for entertainment throughout your stay.

- For stays over 25 nights, cleaning fees double to maintain a fresh space. Thank you for supporting our commitment to cleanliness
