The house is located near Hulder- and Trollparken on Senja and was built by the man behind the Senja Troll and the rest of the park as a home for himself and his family. Hence the house’s distinctive character, which many will likely find reminiscent of “The Hobbit.”
The house features a large living room with a wood-burning stove and three seating areas, as well as wide window sills equipped with cushions so you can sit and enjoy the view.
There are three bedrooms furnished with double beds, and in the library you’ll find a double four-poster bed that can also be used. In addition, there is a cot in the hallway by the bedrooms, which also serves as a cosy reading nook.
The bathroom is equipped with both a whirlpool tub and a shower.
The outdoor area features a seating area, a gas grill, a hot tub, and a heated gazebo. Overlooking Bergsfjorden, the outdoor area invites you to enjoy unforgettable experiences of the midnight sun and the northern lights.
