The development is located 600 metres from La Cala de Mijas, a former seaside fishing village now transformed into a small tourist town where you’ll find all the amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, shops, medical services, Civil Guard, post office, etc.), which you can reach in just a few minutes on a pleasant seaside stroll along the Sendero Litoral. The municipality of Mijas offers a multitude of tourist attractions, including seven golf courses... Very nearby, you’ll also find the marinas of Cabopino, Fuengirola, Marbella, and Banús. There are excellent restaurants and beach bars right on the beach in front of the development, where you can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas if you wish. In the summer, there are water sports facilities in the ocean, including jet ski rentals, canoes, kayaks, and windsurfing boards…
A quiet, gated community on the beachfront, next to the new Mijas Coastal Trail; which runs right past the development and stretches for nearly 6 km along a wooden boardwalk by the sea from La Cala de Mijas to Puerto Cabopino. Spacious communal gardens with a seasonal pool, offering direct access to the street. The beach is just 40 metres away. Private parking space in the basement with lift access to the apartment. The common areas are spacious and meticulously maintained. The apartment has free, unlimited private Wi-Fi.
This is a quiet residential complex where residents respect the rules of coexistence. Enjoy it, and please be considerate of the peace and quiet of those around you.
The Western Costa del Sol is the coastal region located west of the city of Málaga. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, it lies near the Strait of Gibraltar, where it meets the Atlantic Ocean. In this area, the waters are warm and have sandy bottoms, ideal for swimming. It is one of Spain’s most important tourist destinations and accounts for the majority of Andalusia’s sun, beach, and leisure tourism.
The climate is pleasant, with an average temperature of 19 °C and more than 300 days of sunshine per year.
The development is located next to the Autovía del Mediterráneo (A7 Highway), so there are bus and taxi stops very nearby. There are bus routes connecting the entire Costa del Sol as well as other cities in Andalusia. We recommend visiting the nearby coastal towns of Marbella, Fuengirola, Estepona, Benalmádena, and Torremolinos. The province of Málaga also has a large number of inland towns of great cultural and tourist interest, among which Mijas Pueblo stands out for its uniqueness and proximity. A visit to the nearby cities of Málaga and Granada is especially recommended. Taxis offer fixed rates to take you to the main tourist destinations in the area. No surprises.
