The house is situated on a spacious plot of over 6,000 m2, surrounded by dense vegetation that gives the feeling of being in the middle of the forest. From the grounds, there is a breathtaking view of the meadow and out towards the Kattegat, where the sound of waves and bird life sets the scene for an unforgettable vacation. The cottage has been newly renovated and has a beautiful new kitchen in classic cottage style. The open kitchen/family room and living room are the heart of the house and feature high ceilings and large windows that let the light flood in. The large living room has both a wood-burning stove and a modern heat pump, ensuring warmth and comfort all year round. The living room has direct access to a large, partially covered terrace – perfect for relaxing in the shade or under the starry sky in the evening. With three good bedrooms and a spacious loft with a double bed, there is room for the whole family or group of friends. The bathroom is luxurious with both a spa bath, sauna, and underfloor heating, and the guest toilet is an added convenience. For those who appreciate practical solutions, the entrance hall is designed as a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The cottage has a wonderful outdoor shower, which is connected from May 1 to after the autumn break – the perfect way to cool off in the hot summer months. Start the morning with a refreshing outdoor shower experience to the sound of birds singing. As an added bonus, we also offer two girls' bikes, which are free to use, so you can easily explore the beautiful area. There is a trampoline and soccer goals. The cottage is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a vacation in peaceful surroundings with forests, meadows, and beaches close at hand. Lyngså and nearby Voerså offer pleasant harbor environments and shopping opportunities, while the larger towns of Sæby and Frederikshavn are within a short driving distance. Not available for rental to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
