Villa Nefeli is a four-level, certified passive-house villa with a private 55 m² pool and 1,000 m² garden in the coastal village of Kato Alissos, just 15–20 minutes from Patras. It comfortably hosts families and groups, with 3 bedroom suites, a large playroom with 4 bunk beds and sofa beds, and 5 bathrooms (including one fully accessible).

Enjoy a bright open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Netflix, elevator to all floors, steam bath, massage chair, billiard table, ping pong, gym and laundry area. Outside, relax on the sun loungers, fire up the BBQ and dine in the garden while the kids play in the playground – or take a short drive to the sandy beaches and Kalogria–Strofylia protected area nearby.

Work and Play

We stayed for a work trip for three weeks and the house was awesome for the entire time. The host was easy to communicate with and helped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a stay in the area.

Πάρα πολύ καλη διαμονή!!

Καταφέραμε να συνδυάσουμε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο τις επαγγελματικές μας υποχρεώσεις με στιγμές χαλάρωσης και αναψυχής. Το βράδυ απολαύσαμε μια υπέροχη βόλτα στην παραλία και στο κέντρο της πόλης και μας έδωσαν την ευκαιρία να αποφορτιστούμε μετά από μια γεμάτη μέρα. Πιστεύω πως αυτή ήταν η πιο σοφή επιλογή που μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε, αφού συνδύαζε άριστα τις απαιτήσεις της δουλειάς με τη χαλάρωση και την ψυχαγωγία!!!
