This cosy ground-floor apartment, ideal for 2 people, is located in the quiet village of Senegüé. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and access to a spacious shared garden. It’s perfect for both exploring the Pyrenees and relaxing in a peaceful setting.

The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, glass-ceramic stove, and free parking. It also has a portable air conditioner in the kitchen and oil-fired heating. Guests have full access to the apartment, including the kitchen, small bathroom, and bedroom, as well as the shared garden and parking.

Senegüé is surrounded by nature, just 30 minutes from the Panticosa ski resort and 37 km from Formigal, making it an ideal destination in both summer and winter. There is a bar and restaurant 100 metres away, and a supermarket 5 km away.

The accommodation includes towels, a cleaning kit, and toilet paper. Assistance is available if additional help is needed.
Extra guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will result in a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.
