Just get away from it all or have a fantastic holiday in this peaceful, central and close to the sea accommodation.
A 5/10-minute walk to the long sandy beach of Lavandou, this tasteful 40m2 flat has a huge south-facing 50m2 terrace! Enjoy the views over the vineyard L'Anglade, the communal pool and walk to the centre of Le Lavandou or La Favière within 15 minutes.
The flat is located in a quiet building next to the vineyards of L'Anglade. There is a communal swimming pool and you can walk to the beach via a small road in front of the building.
You have your own parking space in the closed car park of the building.
Within 5 minutes you are at the weekly market of le Lavandou and after a 10-minute walk you are in the lively centre of le Lavandou with many restaurants, bars and entertainment for young and old.
You can also walk in the other direction to la Favière, the port and beach belonging to the municipality of Bormes les Mimosas. Here, too, there are many restaurants, a beautiful beach and many organised events in summer.
In short, there is something for everyone!
