Villa Leone with all new furniture, has it all: spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom with with great views, a private swimming pool and various terraces just a few minutes walking distance to the sandy beach and local restaurants.
The villa offers two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, a third bedroom with two 'high loft beds' plus two single beds.
Each bedroom has direct access to the terrace and pool area.
AC throughout.
The villa has just recently been newly furnished.
It has a spacious kitchen with direct access to a semi-covered internal terrace and to the living room.
Local beaches are approximately 1.3 km distant, easily accessible on foot, as well as local restaurants.
The Chia Laguna Resort offers additional restaurant options.
