Firstly our flight was delayed and we reached past midnight and Rosy support was exceptional as she was available on WhatsApp past midnight to support with the check in. Property is located right in the middle of the historic stairs and if you have family, little kids and heavy luggage you will struggle access the property. Shower has issues and needs to be fixed. Rosy did mention she would take care of it quickly. Overall good experience just beware of the stairs:-)
