Incredible property refurbished to a high modern standard. Bathrooms with rainfall showers and an outside courtyard area. Incredible views with a private covered terrace. The property is in a new but sympathetic complex which is close to a very affordable supermarket and a short walk into town, although restaurants are on your doorstep. Would recommend for couples and small families, access to the property is via steps or alternatively through a longer walk around the side of the complex which reduces the number of steps. We found this fine as it afforded the spectacular views but if elderly this may be challenging. In summary this is an incredible property.

Beautiful accommodation with stunning views!

Beautifully appointed town house, with fabulous patio making the most of its ā€˜upside- downā€™ layout! Views are simply stunning, with really comfortable patio furniture so you can make the most of outside living. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need, bathrooms are really modern with powerful showers and all the fittings throughout are of high quality. The townhouse is located in an urbanisation with no vehicular access, but itā€™s just a short walk to the centre of Mijas with its lovely selection of bars, restaurants and shops! Access to the property is up several flights on cobbled steps, which are really pretty - but can be challenging when getting up there with your luggage and would be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues, however to get those views - it was worth it for us! Loved the place and would return in a heartbeat!
