Here at Grayson, you have the best of both worlds, Nature, views, wildlife, and an uncompromising luxury Estate, simply immersed in the tranquility of nature's abundance. the Equestrian neighborhood is both Beautiful and tranquil. Grayson is appropriate and safe for families, Pets; there is a gated safe play area.

I (Mariam) have worked in Healthcare for over 25 years- My thank you is the Heroes & Saints discount.

I am Married, have adult children and grandchildren, animal lover, and have an entrepreneurial spirit,

taking on meaningful projects as well as donating time to more than one Nonprofit organization.

I have a passion for fine dining, Which is reflected in the Magnificent Kitchen, as a personal Chef, I prefer to use Fresh Organics (grown at Graysonlife or other local growers) as well as locally grown meats from only the best Butchers shops. At the same time, I love mixing and mingling with my own guest.

You will be able to see what I mean when you use this space, Chef's dream kitchen is open light bright- with lots of built-in features and wide open space for visiting, the kitchen is the heart of entertainment so we built ours with plenty of space together.

We offer our amazing property to those who can enjoy its benefits.

My Personal Goal for your stay is for you to feel comfortable, pampered, and recharged.

Great place to stay.

The host was friendly and accommodating. Everyone was given a place in the refrigerator and in the kitchen cabinet for their food items. We also had a spot in the bathroom for our toiletries. They had a large play area for our dog. I enjoyed the large vegetable garden. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The Grayson is an absolutely beautiful place to stay, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away and relax. The people are very nice and accommodating and the environment is serene. Mariam is a very creative and gracious host who serves absolutely delightful meals along with elegant surroundings and hospitality. The friendly atmosphere welcomes any guest at any age and truly feels like a home away from home. I was really glad to find a place which not only accepted pets but made thoughtful accommodations for him as well. Having stayed for 2 1/2 months, I feel not only my energy renewed but refreshed and refocused.

First of all, let me start this section by stating it will be brief because it’s really all about you. My name is Mariam Zinn, and I have over 25 years’ experience in the service and hospitality industry. I am also the proprietor of The Graysonlife.

Well, I may need to talk a little bit more about myself so you have confidence in visiting us. I am a mother of a wonderful young man, and the proud grandmother of two adorable little handfuls Riley and Lilly. I am also the luckiest wife to an amazing husband and partner, Mark Zinn. He is an avid Gardner and meticulous craftsman.

We are a very balanced family, living through our passion of the outdoors and sharing our amazing property to those who can enjoy its benefits of bringing balance. After owning my own health care business, I decided to do something that I have always been passionate about.

I opened the Grayson extended stay that developed into The Grayson Life Executive Retreat. It evolved into an Executive retreat where entrepreneurs and business professionals come to find the inspirations in life that are desired for self-actualization. Work life balance is easily achievable, once someone else takes care of the mundane tasks, our clients focus on what matters to them and this maximizes their productivity.
