At the villa’s heart lies a stunning 30m² pool, complete with hydromassage features (and the option for heating available for an additional fee). Bespoke sun loungers, serene outdoor spaces, and a dining area with a charcoal BBQ set the scene for relaxed days and starlit evenings. Inside, four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, and an inviting living and kitchen area provide the perfect space for connection and comfort. External Living | Private Pool (Can be Heated with Extra Fee) & BBQ Settings
This captivating villa lays in 550m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 30m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, that can be heated with an additional fee), also boasting hydromassage features with 4 seats, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area featuring a BBQ (Charcoal & Mini Fridge). The Living Room & Kitchen area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2-3 cars outside of the villa premises. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable holiday experience.


Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts four bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area & a fully equipped kitchen. With direct access to the iconic pool from the living room area, the iconic villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds. The maximum capacity of this villa is 8 guests.
