Property ConditionThe house itself has potential but the location noise issue is a deal-breaker. The microcement surfaces mentioned by the host are indeed delicate, though normal use should not result in the extensive damage claims we received. Cannot recommend this property due to the undisclosed highway noise and concerning post-stay billing practices. Future guests should be aware of both the location limitations and potential for disputed charges. Consider properties with transparent location descriptions and more professional host communication. Problematic Host PracticesFollowing our stay, the host filed damage claims totaling 10,000 across our two bookings without providing adequate justification for these amounts.

Además de ello ha incumplido la entrega de documentación y el número de personas máximo permitido en la vivienda. Esperamos que otros propietarios no alquilen a este usuario su vivienda
