A stay at my 2 bed flat in Southbourne will not disappoint you. It’s in a great location; less than 5 minutes walk to Southbourne beach (voted the Sunday times 2024 no 1 beach on the south coast!) and 5 minutes walk to many shops bars and restaurants. I promise you that this the ideal place to enjoy a stylish seaside break with family or friends. The flat is very spacious and the private garden overlooks a small area of woodland so it is also peaceful, despite being so centrally located
The space
The flat has a spacious living room and master bedroom, an eat in kitchen area, a 2nd double bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet bath and shower and 1 with a toilet and shower. There is a spacious back garden overlooking a small woodland area called Fisherman’s walk
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire flat, which is located on the ground floor and step free. The garden decking has one step to the artificial lawn area.
Other things to note
This a a smoke free home so please do not smoke anywhere on the property that includes inside the flat or in my front or back garden. Thank you for respecting my holiday home.
