In your vacation accommodation, just 500 m from the ski slope (KitzSki), the Hohe Tauern to the south and the Kitzbühel Alps to the north open up before you. The vacation apartment is particularly stylishly furnished and has a balcony - ideal for enjoying the surrounding mountain landscape. Mittersill in the Hohe Tauern National Park vacation region is also a popular starting point for hikes, ski tours and other outdoor activities.

The studio offers 24 m² of space for up to 2 people. Equipped with a living-kitchen-dining-sleeping area with double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. The furnished balcony offers the perfect opportunity to relax. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy together. Cutlery and crockery are provided, as well as a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

You can relax and unwind in the resort's own wellness area and escape the stresses of everyday life. There is an indoor swimming pool, a relaxation room and 2 saunas (Finnish and organic).

Aufenthalt war perfekt, super (!!!) freundliches & hilfreiches Personal an der Rezeption, Unterkunft extrem sauber, gut gepflegt, alles entsprechend Beschreibung vorgefunden, Fußweg zum Lift ca. 700 m über Wanderweg (es lohnt sich ein Skidepot in der Station zu nehmen wenn man zu Fuß gehen will)Einziger Nachteil: Check-In bitte online vorher machen, da dies an der Rezeption - zumindest bei den Gästen die mit uns ankamen - nicht möglich war, und dies bei ihnen zu gewissem Unmut führte. Es wurde in der Beschreibung nicht explizit darauf hingewiesen, aber wir hatten es gemacht und es lief (wie geschmiert ;-))

Dieser neue Standort ist grundsätzlich geschmackvoll gestaltet. Im UG ist eine Tiefgarage die bei jedem Wetter bequemen Zugang bietet. Ebenso die Aufzüge in die jeweiligen Stockwerke. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und vor und während des Aufenthalts gut erreichbar. Leider hatten wir KEIN WLAN, trotz versprechen. Das Signal war stellenweise bei einem Balken Ausschlag, meist aber kein WLAN. Aus meiner Sicht, ist das für einen neuen Standort in der heutigen Zeit EIN ABSOLUTES NO GO. Daher bin ich enttäuscht! Ich habe diese Info gleich am ersten Tag der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Geändert hat das nichts. Auch eine Bitte, dass ein Techniker sich das mal anschaut blieb erfolglos. Die Heizung in den Zimmer(Fußboden) funktioniert so gut, dass es in den Zimmern sehr warm ist. Zu warm. Wir haben die Heizungen am Regler ausgeschaltet, dennoch blieb es extrem warm. Dann haben wir sehr häufig die Fenster aufgemacht. Anders ging es nicht. Auch das haben wir vor Ort angemerkt. Die zwei Türen vom Treppenhaus in den Vorraum (Zugang zu zwei Apartments) und dann zum Zimmer ist so eng hintereinander, das wir mit Gepäck kaum durchkamen. Der Vorraum ist so klein, dass die Tür gerade aufgeht. Die Türen lassen sie nicht feststellen. Das hat sicher Feuerschutztechnische Gründe. Die Spülmaschine wollten wir am letzten Abend benutzen. Leider ist sie ausgefallen. Sie machte die ganze Nacht ein Signal. Es ließ sich nicht ausschalten. Auch der Reset funktionierte nicht. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Ich hoffe man setzt sich mit mir in Verbindung. Vor Ort hat man meine Infos ohne weiteres Nachfragen entgegengenommen. Mehr auch nicht.

Was für ein unglaubliches neues Resort! Die Einrichtungen sind erstklassig und die Lage ist perfekt. Sie brauchen nur etwa 7 Minuten, um nach Mittersill und 20 Minuten, um nach Kitzbühel zu gelangen. Es gibt sogar eine Bushaltestelle direkt am Resort. Das Personal ist so herzlich und freundlich.

Wir sind immer noch begeistert von der atemberaubenden Aussicht, dem luxuriösen und geräumigen Apartment, der tadellosen Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage und dem wirklich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Rezeptionsteam. Den Lift erreichten wir in nur einer Minute mit dem Auto und das Skigebiet war absolut fantastisch – wir hätten mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufriedener sein können. Vielen Dank, wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen!

Wir hatten eine unglaubliche Zeit im Penthouse über das Wochenende. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und der Wellnessbereich war fantastisch. Die Sauberkeit und die stilvolle Einrichtung des Ortes waren beeindruckend. Die Aussicht vom Penthouse war atemberaubend und die Fahrt mit dem Aufzug nach oben war ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Wir können dieses Resort wärmstens empfehlen und können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Das Empfangsteam war äußerst freundlich. Das Apartment war groß und elegant eingerichtet. Die Aussicht war absolut fantastisch! Nach einem sehr kalten Tag auf der Piste konnten wir in den Saunen entspannen. Der Swimmingpool war auch ein tolles Feature. Es ist ein atemberaubendes Anwesen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
