The flat was inhabitable due to due to it being ridden with black mold that was visible on the walls under the sink, sinks in the baseboards and in the closets. They tried to hide the smell with air freshener reads, but it hit you as soon as you open the door we were woken at 4 AM to water dripping on our faces from the roof leaking in the room with the glass ceiling. we were then told that we would not be relocated and we would also not receive a refund. If we stayed on the premises we had to spend five hours on the phone coming to that conclusion and we’re not on the premises as we had prior reservations at Disneyland in Paris this was booked through VRBO but then hand it over to two 3rd parties. I was never able to get in touch with the host and after vacating was told that I would be refunded for the nights we did not stay and no one will get in touch with me to give me that refund. We all developed rashes and got sick from the toxicity in the apartment and I had to spend over 100 talking to them on the phone as it was international and outside of my plan. I travel a lot and typically do not stay in hotels. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had while traveling.

Die Wohnung ist unbewohnbar und von schwarzem Schimmel befallen. Bei Regen tropft es von der Decke aufs Bett, und wir alle bekamen nach nur einer Nacht in der Wohnung Hautausschläge und wurden krank – verursacht durch die Giftstoffe des Schimmels. Diese Wohnung sollte auf keinen Fall vermietet werden. Der Vermieter weigert sich, die Verantwortung für die Situation zu übernehmen und uns umzuziehen, obwohl es durch das Wasser aufs Bett tropfte und niemand schlafen konnte.

Hallo, die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, aber die Bettwäsche ist viel zu weich! In einem der Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Dachfenster, das bei Regen undicht ist! Mir sind Wassertropfen aufs Kissen gefallen. Absolut inakzeptabel! Das muss dringend behoben werden! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet! Die Check-out- und Check-out-Zeiten sind zu früh, und wenn man den Aufenthalt verlängern oder früher anreisen möchte, kostet das extra und ist überteuert! Mit ein paar Verbesserungen wäre es perfekt!

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt enttäuscht, da wir in der letzten Nacht überrascht Regentropfen auf unserem Bett vorfanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, und eines der beiden Schlafzimmer liegt unter einem Glasdach, das offensichtlich nicht vollständig wasserdicht ist. Außerdem hat die Wohnung keine Fenster und erhält aufgrund ihrer Lage in einem sehr schmalen Innenhof praktisch kein Tageslicht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist hingegen, dass die Wohnung kürzlich renoviert wurde, über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten verfügt und ruhig ist.

Lage und Größe waren super. Weniger gut war, dass niemand auf unsere Nachricht über die ursprüngliche Buchungsseite reagiert hat. Mit meinem behinderten Kind und meiner betagten Mutter ist es nicht gerade zeitsparend, sich auf weiteren Websites anzumelden oder anzurufen. Das Dachfenster im Hauptschlafzimmer war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts undicht. Da es sich über dem Bett befindet, war das ein großes Problem. Ich habe das Bett so gut wie möglich verschoben. Außerdem gab es keinen Trockner, obwohl dieser in der Anzeige angegeben war. Es gab keine Küchenwäsche, was problematisch ist, da es keine Spülmaschine gibt. Ich musste die Handtücher im Badezimmer zum Trocknen und Waschen benutzen, was mir letztendlich zu wenig Wäsche einbrachte. Und als ich schließlich am letzten Abend eine Flasche Wein öffnen wollte, fehlte der Korkenzieher. Wer hat denn schon mal von einer französischen Ferienwohnung ohne Korkenzieher gehört!
