Right in the heart of the vibrant North Laine, just minutes from the station, this beautiful cottage is in one of the best locations to see and take in everything that Brighton has to offer.
This property comes with Private Parking which is 3 minutes walk away from the apartment which is pretty rare in the city centre! We just ask for a £20 payment which will cover your entire stay which is simple to book online after you've made your reservation.
The cottage is central yet it’s home from home with everything you need for your stay. It’s small and quaint and a place to relax with a cocktail on the terrace or morning coffee on the front porch this pet friendly and family friendly cottage ticks all the boxes.
Smart 42inch TV fully loaded with Netflix. The bathroom and kitchen are brand newly fitted and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.

In the heart of the North Laines, Sunny Cottage must be in one of the best areas of Brighton! The cottage is really close to the station, with some fantastic pubs nearby and lots of independent coffee shops and restaurants nearly too. The North Laines is so colourful and vibrant with antique emporiums and vintage clothes shops galore! The Royal Pavilion, Dome theatre, Theatre Royal and Komedia comedy club and South Lanes are only 10 minutes walk away and just a bit further in the Palace Pier and beach!

Cute and cosy, warm and welcoming this cottage is perfect for an overnight stay in Brighton or even a longer holiday to get to know this wonderful city! The North Laines is bustling in the daytime but quiet at night as it’s a residential area. We love pets coming to stay and have parking available as an extra if you’re planning of driving.
