IN THE VILLAGE OF SAINTES MARIES DE LA MER, IN SECOND LINE OF SEA, IN CAMARGUE WITH PRIVATE COURTYARD AND BARBECUE.
Ground floor apartment, composed of 2 separate bedrooms, on the main avenue of the seaside but in a quiet area. Thalassotherapy center within 100 meters. Close to all amenities, 20m from the beach, 50m from the first restaurant, 300m from the town center.
Seasonal rental for 5 people maximum.

The main room consists of an equipped kitchen, a living / dining room with a double sofa bed and a small bathroom with toilet. Opposite the main room, in the courtyard, are two Bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed in 100 for one person; 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 80).
The courtyard is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, two sun loungers and a barbecue.
WIRELESS

In high season, stays are from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights.
For other periods, the arrival / departure day is flexible with a minimum of 3/4 nights.

Les propriétaires font tout pour que le séjour se passe le mieux possible . L' Électroménager est au top , on a l'impression d'être chez soi . L'emplacement est merveilleux , plage à proximité (juste une route) , le centre à 5-10mn à pied , restaurant devant le gîte . Pleins de choses à decouvrir dans la région . Merci à vous

Lage der Wohnung gut der Ort ist gemütlich

Es ist sehr schade das in der wohnung und vor allem im Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage ist . Gerade bei diesen Temperaturen. Haben sehr schlecht geschlafen .Auch das Bad sehr , sehr eng. Vom Innenhof war ich sehr Enttäuscht etwas Farbe , vielleicht ein oder zwei Kübel mit Pflanzen hätte das ganze auf gewertet. Es ist schade das so wenig Wert darauf gelegt wird .Weil die lage optimal ist auch der Ort und die Strände super .Schade

Der Ort ist wunderschön und die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Dass man von den Schlafzimmern zu Küche und Bad über den kleinen Innenhof gehen muss ist vielleicht nicht für jeden etwas, aber wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt.

Ground floor apartment with outside space, ideally located in les Saintes.

The location of the apartment is excellent, across the road from the sea and close to all the restaurants and shops. It was very quiet, apart from the sound of the waves which was delightful. There is a large, well furnished courtyard with space to enjoy both sun and shade. The property is generally well equipped although a wardrobe would be useful. There were just the two of us and we hoped to use one of the bedrooms but they are in a separate building, across the courtyard from the main house and the bathroom, so we slept on the bed settee in the lounge, which was very comfortable.

Tres bon séjour

Très bon séjour, les photos et le descriptif tant sur l appartement l environnement extérieur et les loisirs sont exacts très bonne localisation à côté de la mer , et du centre ville à 10 minutes à pieds . Nous étions au clame la terrasse est assez grande nous y avons donc passé de super moments en famille le soir . Le bémol ( salle de bain petite ) et la chaleur dans les chambres mais les hôtes ont tout prévu et des ventilateurs sont à disposition dans toutes les pièces. excellent séjour nous recommandons ! Les hôtes sont aussi très agréables et soignés ! Nous reviendrons sans hésitez !

Super Séjour

Ce petit appartement est tout simplement parfait pour un petit séjour au calme en bord de mer. Non loin du centre ville et de toutes les commodités, il permet des vacances apaisantes. Idéal pour notre petite famille, il nous a permis d'effectuer un séjour en toute tranquillité et détente. Le joli plus.... Cette superbe cour intérieure, totalement sécurisée, qui permet aux enfants, comme aux grands, des moments sympathiques. De plus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute, ce qui est fort agréable. Je recommande vivement cette location.

calme et agréable

L'appartement est conforme aux photos. La cour intérieure est très agréable, c'est grand, avec plusieurs "coins", ce qui permet d'avoir de l'ombre toute la journée aux différents endroits. C'est parfait pour les enfants car fermé. On n'entend pas les voisins, c'est très calme, on dort bien. La localisation est parfaite : l'appartement est en face de la mer, il suffit de traverser la rue ! C'est aussi à 5 minutes du coeur du village à pied. L'appartement est attenant à une maison qui est louée également, il y a 2 fenêtres qui donnent sur la cour, mais les autres locataires ont gardé les stores fermés durant notre séjour, nous ne nous sommes pas dérangés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location !

Très bonne situation mais appart exigu. Grande terrasse mais aucune vue/verdure. Peu pratique avec de jeunes enfants car la terrasse sépare la pièce à vivre et les chambres donc pas d'accès direct entre les parents ( canapé lit)et les enfants. Par contre situation idéale, calme, proche de la mer et du village.

Appartement bien situé, en bord de mer, au calme mais à seulement cinq minutes à pieds du centre du village. Premiers restaurants à seulement quelques mètres. Plage en face. La cour, au calme, est idéale pour profiter des apéros et du barbecue en soiree ou sous le parasol en journee. Conforme au descriptif.

tranquilité totale

accueil chaleureux ,trés bien situé a 30 m de la mer ,50 m du centre ville donc inutile d'utiliser la voiture ;logement conforme aux descriptions du propriétaire mon séjour fut cours 1 semaine pas pus utiliser barbecue .logement pour 5 pers (pour mon cas 3 enfants et 2 adultes ).je recommande cette location agréable pour se reposer .

J’ ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à travailler avec lui. 5 min. à la place et le marché, une min. à la plage - chic. Les chambres sont soignèeset propre, une grande, belle terrasse, 4 Geckos au mur, poisson frais sur le grille au charbon de bois et une cuisine dèlicieuse dans le rues de Saintes-Marie (incl. le vin Gris). Bien que parking est difficile. La mer Méditerranée se trouve en distance de 30m - fabuleux. On peut manger les moules ou la paella - superb partout. Nous étions 2 personnes avec beaucoup de place. Why they chose this property

Since 4 generations, my family comes for holiday at Saintes Maries de la Mer, my family wanted to buy a holiday home overlooking the sea in the 1950s, it did. Much later, in the 90s, the family decided to build a small house / apartment on the ground behind the house to accommodate family and friends.
Since few years, we have decided to rent the apartment and book some dates for the family and friends.

What makes this property unique

Near all facilities, ideal situation near to the beach. Nice appartment situated in ground floor , well equipped with private courtyard and barbecue.
