Townsend Place is located on the banks of Beaver Creek next to a children’s park.
This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill, and a large master suite with a king size bed. Also to note, is a flat screen TV with HD in the living area and a queen sofa sleeper for a little extra sleeping space. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, one of the largest hot tubs in Beaver Creek on site, and building-wide free wifi. Ski-In/Out access is via the Elkhorn Chairlift (#14). All of this is located just a short three minute walk to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $100 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
