This newer home is located in one of Tahoe's nicer neighborhoods. Accommodates up to 4 Adults (no children under 18) in which you will have access to the whole semi-private downstairs suite area. Note: The owners do live in the home and occupy the upstairs area. Your stay will includes 2 private bedrooms each w/Queen size beds. Private full bathroom has tub/shower and guest toiletries. Patio furniture. Also downstairs adjacent to the bedrooms is a spacious family/TV room, coffee cart, mini fridge, internet and cable. The home is centrally located just 2 miles from either Heavenly ski resort or Tahoe's majestic Big Blue (Lake Tahoe). 2 night minimum-3 nights maximum.

Great Stay! The pictures do not do justice!!

Great place to stay near south lake Tahoe. Literally minutes from Heavenly Village. Quite, very clean place with lots of thoughtful touches! The owners live in the house but we had the entire downstairs floor and felt like a private space. Have a cute backyard space as well to relax and drink some coffee! Loved the stay and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Great place, great owners, great location

Stayed there for the American Century golf tournament. Owners are super nice, very hospitable and have a very comfortable place. 10 minute uber from downtown or casinos. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay- with loads of extras!

We got in Fri evening and were greeted by the owners and their cute dog. The owners def put in a lot of love to this place, really nice and has a bunch of extra stuff (in case you forget something). Awesome location to the main area of Tahoe ( 9 min drive on one street). We stopped using our gps to get to places after the first two trips. We also watched a movie since they provided Netflix. So grateful for owners to let us stay an hour or two extra for check out so we didn't have to go around Tahoe in our formal attire (we were attending a wedding). Thanks again and def recommend. Owners stock piled area with food, snacks, drinks, champagne! Note: the owners live above stairs (this is a downstairs area) there is a free standing divider that separates this area from the home, so you are able to hear upstairs.

We Love the Tahoe life of all the outdoor activities that our beautiful Tahoe has to offer. We are easy going people, Living an active and healthy lifestyle. We own one small older dog (non-shedding) she lives upstairs with us. She is super sweet and not a nuisance just a little sweet tail-wagger.

Why they chose this property

We love our location, close to so much. offers hike/bike trails steps away on the road we live on. It is a really nice neighborhood and the neighbors are terrific too.

What makes this property unique

Views, location, location, location. Hiking trail along a year round running steam just walking distance at the end of our street. Bike trails. Off road trails up the street. Able to ride a bike to the lake or shops and restaurants.
