Holiday rentals near Bealey Avenue

Our staff team was attending conference and so we had a group of 20 staff staying together. It proved a real success with space but also a communal area to hang out together. We loved it. Thank you

I have stayed at this property twice now, and it has been great both times! On a quiet street close to Christchurch city center, less than 10 mins walking to bus interchange. Especially great that it has its own parking spot for those driving. Good communication. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay at Serenity by the Sea! Its just a walk across the road to the beach, hot pools, playground, library and the Brighton Pier. Also some eateries and Countdown supermarket. We didn't realise this property is two storied and as my hubby has difficulty walking a distance it was a surprise but we managed the stairs together. Also there are two steps into the property. Maybe add that to the description of the property? Would recommend happily as a quiet and peaceful place to stay!

Cosy cottage beautifully restored to a very high standard. Peaceful manicured Zen garden. Well appointed with everyone you could wish for. Extremely good value. Central location.
