- Private boat slip (no extra fees for use of boat slip), free public boat ramp just 1.5 miles from Condo, downstairs unit, no steps. Park and walk right to your door. Pool is very convenient to the Condo, so if you forget a towel or something else....it's not a hassle to return to the Condo. We have folding lawn chairs for you to use and beach/pool towels as well.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
