Welcome to this charming townhouse in the heart of Malaga, a perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay. It is a lovely house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it is distributed as follows:
The house has two terraces: one on the outside, before entering, equipped with a table for 6 people, ideal to enjoy outdoor meals. Upon entering, you will find a bright living room with a separate kitchen, which connects to an additional patio with laundry area and another table, perfect for dining or relaxing.
On this floor there is also a bedroom with a 90cm single bed, wardrobe, AC, and a desk, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find another full bathroom, ideal for your comfort during your stay.
Going up to the first floor, you will find two cosy bedrooms. To the right, a bedroom with a divan that turns into a double bed, and to the left, the master bedroom with a double bed and a private outdoor terrace. This terrace is equipped with sun loungers, offering a perfect place to read, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply relax in the sun.
There's an AC in each room and one in the living room.
Parking is available on the streets parallel to the property. In the area you will also find an excellent range of services, with nearby bars, supermarkets and a pharmacy just a few minutes' walk away, making everything within easy reach.

Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
