Lovely apartment, recently redecorated, located on the Fairviews section of the Boavista Golf and Leisure resort.
The property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 bath, 1 shower), a well-maintained kitchen and comfortable living room, and is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
On the 1st floor, it has a balcony which overlooks the pool area to which guests have free access to, and to the Monchique mountains beyond.
The resort has a wonderful health & leisure complex with indoor pool, gym and Spa to which clients can arrange membership to.
Also, a children's play area, tennis courts as well as the 18-hole golf course and driving range.
There is plenty of parking outside the property.
NOTE: The rates listed for Winter Lets are valid between Nov - March and for a minimum of 3 months rental. For other months/ duration of stay rates will differ.
