The house is situated on a large 3000 square metre plot, ensuring plenty of space for outdoor enjoyment. The main house, beautifully renovated in 1999, and a two-storey house, recently updated in 2020/2021, provide a total of 392 square metres of space. The house layout includes 8 people in the first house (3 bedrooms), 4 people in the second house (2 bedrooms), and 4 single beds in the annex. The secluded outdoor areas feature spacious terraces, a large garden, and a peaceful environment with nature at your doorstep. The property is perfect for large gatherings, offering both privacy and social spaces.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
