required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Staying at Villa Dimitra was an absolute treat! The stunning sea and sunset views made for a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere - we loved spending our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters. Amazing!

The villa was beautiful and had most of what we needed, although there were teething problems. Such as only one wine glass. We were told there was no hairdryer so we brought our own only to find ther actually was one. No cleaning products or cloths. All had to be purchased. The windows and floors could have been cleaner too. However the biggest problem was the location did not match the description . There was no taverna or bar within walking distance and the restaurant mentioned supposedly closed nine years ago . We had to drive every night for at least 15 minutes to get to the nearest restaurant. Had we known this we would not have booked the villa. Fellow neighbours complained as we did about having to drive every day. We all felt this was misrepresentation and dishonest.On the plus side Christian was very good at providing whatever we asked for including sun beds etc and ensuring the rooms were refreshed every few days.
