The communication with the host was excellent. The stay was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and use of the hot tub after lots of walking around London. The proximity to the tube was decent and what was expected according to the listing. Local restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. The caretaker Richard was very accommodating and willing to help when we first arrived. He provided us with a few extra towels and helped us acclimate to our surroundings. Overall stay was as advertised.

Superb house, staying here really added to our holiday! The house is spotlessly clean, spacious, very stylish and extremely comfortable. It has everything we needed and more including excellent appliances and fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are first-rate. The outside space is delightful - a lovely, peaceful, very good sized garden with great seating, hot tub and barbecue! Nice, quiet, friendly area, 10 minute walk to tube station for central line. Excellent communication with host and property manager and provision of information. Lovely welcome from property manager (and wife) on arrival, explaining the house and area very well and offering support should we need it. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again. Thank you to all involved in making our stay perfect!

Why they chose this property

Woodford is lovely green area, surrounded by parks and Epping Forest, whilst still being very close to the city. Its a lovely oasis away from the hustle and bustle of London, whilst still being extremely accessible via the tube.

What makes this property unique

The house has its own driveway for one car, which is unusual being this close to central London. Short walk to the tube, easy uber ride to City Airport and of course the opportunity to enjoy the garden and hot tub all year round.
