About the host
Hosted by Randi Beth Albrechtsen
I am a recently retired Physical Therapist Assistant. I am a bluegrass vocalist and musician. I play in a small group as well as participate in jams with friends. I love the outdoors, traveling in my van and being a grandma. My cottage in Boise is a passion of mine. Maintaining it, repairs, decorating and gardening keep me busy on days when the house is not occupied. From 2017 to 2020 I rented my house out via Airbnb and Evolve while I lived in McCall. I had a 5+ rating and many repeat guests. I am starting out new with VRBO and look forward to many happy guests and reviews. Please give me a try and you will enjoy your stay. This little cottage has an amazing past history and the vibe is loving and fun. Check out the photo of Mrs. Katie Carter which is on the fridge. She lived here for over 25 years, until she was 96. She helped raise her 9 grandkids and hosted many family get togethers. The house originally had no power or plumbing. An outhouse in back, a wood cook stove and ice box. Katies granddaughter, now in her 70's, stopped by one day with photos and stories? It was great. Also several political and business leaders of the early 1900's lived here.
