A beautiful house in a great location

Enjoyed our week staying in this wonderful house. Great space for a large group, The only slight negative is kitchen is on the small side when cooking for 16 adults but I would be very happy to stay again.

Lovely house for a family reunion

Beautiful garden with a pond. Great outside and inside spaces for eating in big groups. Lovely large hot tub. A downstairs shower would be a lovely bonus.

We held a family reunion at the house with 4 generations present.

Everyone had a fantastic time. The house delivered in every respect, comfortable, easy to use, with more than enough space for everyone. We were blessed with good weather and so made good use of the immaculate patio and garden. The youngsters especially enjoyed the hot tub. Michelle was great at communicating and ensured we had everything we needed. Everyone was sorry to be leaving such a great space when the time came to leave.

Excellent communication from the host at all times

loved the house especially the grounds, everything as described. would recommend and use again would have liked some milk in the fridge maybe as a welcome treat to make a cup of tea whilst waiting for food delivery. always received some sort of welcome hamper in all previous luxury rentals. Some hot tub towels would have been a welcome addition too

Absolutely superb!

A stunning property for a large gathering. It is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked for self catering, with three fridges and one freezer. Loads of plates and pots and pans. The huge garden is delightful and was so pretty in the snow. Lots of thoughtful touches like LED candles, large shower gels and handsoaps. The fluffiest towels ever! Michelle was in contact before, during and after our stay and was really helpful. She was very accommodating on check in and departure times, thank you. House was very warm and cosy, despite freezing temperatures. Lots of nice walks nearby, a good Sunday Roast at the local pub and good coffee and supplies at local farm shop/cafe. Tring nearby has a good supermarket, antique centre and brewery. What's not to love! Nothing. What a find! We all had a wonderful time.

Wonderful experience

Thank you so much for all the clear communication leading up to our stay and clear instructions on how to access the property on the day. The host was easy to contact and were very helpful throughout. The property itself is beautiful, clean and very well decorated. Each room is spacious and has everything you would need for the stay. The kitchen is well kitted out with utensils, crockery etc and the grounds outside are well kept. We told the host that we would have a toddler with us and they provided a cot with bedding, high chair and even a car seat! Overall we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly as we had no issues whatsoever and would recommend this space to everyone! Absolutely nothing! thank you so much for having us!

Birthday weekend

We loved the space in the house, the well-equipped kitchen, the bedrooms and the peace and quiet. The checking in process could be improved. I had to ask 3 times and then make a phone call before I got an answer to a question. Also, some of the lighting at the back of the house is missing, making it quite dark. My mother fell because she did not see a step and hurt her nose badly. Unfortunately, the previous guests had left the house in a mess and the single toilet upstairs was not working, which was a shame.

Beautiful house, big enough for 14 people to stay comfortably onsite with everything you need!

Loved that there were 4 fridges and 1 freezer, so we had loads for space for our food shop. 2 ovens, so we could cook at home Beautiful big garden with lounge chairs and outside seating, living room and dining room with enough seats for everyone to sit down Very clean easy to check in/check out Generous sized bedrooms
