The actual unit was nice, and clean to my standards, which is saying something. There were several issues though: the address listed for maps actually took me to another holiday park and that gentleman had to give me directions. Listed amenities included the pool, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. When we arrived, I was informed that there was a £16 pass to use the pool, so that was out. As I mentioned, the unit was nice, well-cleaned and maintained. However, there was no hand soap, no towels, no bed linens, no bin liners, or anything to wash dishes with. It made me think of a brand new place that hasn't been utilized yet. Also, no Wi-Fi, so my signal was basically non-existent, and no air con. Luckily, there are lots of windows, so we were able to get it cooled off.
I contacted the property manager, and there was a lot of back and forth regarding the bed/bath linens, and i still don't really know what happened, but long story short, we never got any. It was a lot of frustration when I was really looking forward to relaxing.
