La Selvetta Bed and breakfast, villa and park a few kilometers from the MIVA A8
Renovated villa with centuries-old park. Only three rooms, one of which is single, one with two connecting rooms, one with private entrance and patio. With this rate we rent ROOM n. 2 consisting of two communicating rooms with internal bathroom. The first room has a double bed, the second room a king size double bed and a single bed. Upon request, with a supplement, a cot or bed can be placed for children up to 4 years of age. Possibly with supplement, a cot for adults. Internal bathroom complete with shower. Very close to the Milan Varese motorway for quick travel (city centre, Milan, Lake Maggiore, Lake Como, Lake Varese, Switzerland, Malpensa airport, etc.) Enclosed outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, digital and satellite TV. 42 m2 living room with 82-inch TV, Air conditioning. Self-service Italian breakfast (savory on request) included in the price. Possibility of holding events and celebrations outside with prior request and extra payment. Inquire for calendar availability.
