Cozy 66 sqm holiday apartment Lucia is located on the ground floor of a family house and can accommodate 4–5 people. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with air conditioning, a sofa bed, and direct access to the spacious terrace, two bedrooms with double beds, each with a private bathroom with a shower. The highlight of this wonderful apartment is the carefully maintained, fully fenced garden with plenty of space for kids to play and adults to relax in the shade, equipped with a trampoline, seating set, and sun loungers. The owners live in the same house, but the garden and barbecue area are only for the guests' private use, and the owners will not disturb the guests' privacy in any way. Private parking is provided on the fenced property. Rabac and its beautiful beaches are only 28 km away. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, 57 km from the property.
