Great location

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-stocked, and in a central location. Perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It can get a bit noisy at night due to nearby late-night crowds, but overall, we really enjoyed our time.

The apartment is delightful. It is spacious and light with beautiful quirky decor. Absolutely bang in the centre of Bath surrounded by gorgeous restaurants and shops. I loved this break and return home rested and peaceful.

The pictures looked great, but I have to say it was even better in person. Fun décor for a group of us, very spacious, clean, lovely touches everywhere. Francesca was very helpful with tips (ie. about the parking options in the centre). The place could not have been more central and easy to get to to everything we needed around. Our bedroom windows even looked directly onto the Abbey!Great stay all round, would highly recommend it. Thank you so much :)

We just enjoyed a fantastic weekend at this beautiful property. We were a group of five ladies, celebrating a Christmas weekend together. The facilities are lovely, everything you need should you want to eat in, or just relax as a group. The table has seats for eight people, so we were able to enjoy a meal in together. We went to enjoy the Christmas market and the back gate to this property opens directly onto the market and the Abbey. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The only considerations to anyone thinking of staying here would be the noise level and the steep steps to enter the property. The Abbey rings it’s bells every 30 minutes, and because of it’s close proximity if you sleep in the bedroom at the back, it can be quite disruptive to your sleep. The traffic at the front of the property and the late night revellers can be disruptive to the bedroom at the front. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend taking earplugs with you. However, I wouldn’t let that put you off staying at this amazing property as it’s proximity to Bath town centre cannot be beaten, you are right in the middle of everything there is to see and do. Spotlessly clean, with beautiful decor, quirky bits and pieces, all in all had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this property, we were so happy we choose this accommodation.

Perfect location although noisy for guests that slept at the back of the property as they could hear the nightlife until the early hours.Nice and roomy with plenty of space for 8 guests. There is only one usable shower between 8 but we managed. There is a shower hose in another bathroom with a bath but no shower curtain so not really usable.Not enough toilet roll left and only one breakfast tea tea bag, no milk or sugar. Not the end of the world as we bought our own but other similar properties we have stayed at do provide a pint of milk at least.Personally I thought it could have been a little cleaner, skirting boards, doors etc a bit grubby and dusty but otherwise clean.Not enough bedding left for 8 but again we made do.Overall a bright and airy accommodation in a good location.
