The 2 associated balconies provide a unique view of the meadows, trees and the Gölisbach stream that runs next to the house. The two balconies are characterized by a size of 35 sqm and 12 sqm and invite you to enjoy the afternoon sun together. There are 4 bedrooms in the holiday apartment. Most of the bedrooms have a large panoramic window with direct access to one of the two balconies. The apartment also has a fully equipped, cozy, new kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The 2 bathrooms have wide windows and are modernly equipped with a large, walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. In one of the two bathrooms there is a shower and a bathtub.
