Needs Improvement
The house itself is quite well built but it's not ready to be a VRBO. The kitchen does not have a microwave, has one pot and a broiler pan and no oven mitts, no dishtowels, zero condiments, the sink is a bar sink and there was no dishwasher soap or extra garbage bags. We could not reheat leftovers, we had to use bath towels in the kitchen! The door is so tricky with the key and having to shove it, I could not leave without my husband. The beach is not 300m, it's about 750m away and the location pin sent to us was wrong so we were lost finding the place. The smoke alarm batteries were dead and even when replaced it beeped at night. The linens were stained and there were no top sheets, just blankets. The cutting boards were dirty and the cleaning supplies were left out plus there were no extra garbage bags and there was actual full garbage bags in the yard. There were no soft furnishings, no coasters, not one thing on the walls. There was a desk/makeup station in the master without a chair. The shampoo was empty and there were only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights! One morning a pool guy showed up at 9:30am without any warning and was right out side for an hour - I was still in my pjs. We ate out and made the best of it. When it came time to leave, there were no instructions and when I provided some of the comments above, I was told that they would take it under consideration. Lower your expectations!
