The villa is newly built by the award winning developer Orka and is maintained by Orka, giving guests the reassurance that there is someone available 24 hrs a day, should you need them.

This beautiful villa is located in the picturesque village of Ovacik, right at the foot of the Babadag Mountains. Ovacik offers a peaceful location with an abundance of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within 5 mins walk. The vibrant resort of Hisaronu, is within walking distance (10 mins) and offers a fabulous selection of restaurants, bars and clubs for those wishing to dance until dawn. Olu Deniz, with it’s stunning Blue Lagoon, and Fethiye with it’s excellent marina, are both just a short drive away. Dolmus buses are plentiful and provide easy access for those wishing to explore the Aegean coast.

The villa is complete with modern furnishings. It has 3 large bedrooms, all with balcony. The interior is very bright and airy and offers a vast open plan kitchen/lounge area. A large stone BBQ is available for dining al-fresco and a large patio overlooks the gardens and the expanse of our extensive pool. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa and is a welcome relief in the peak of the summer season. You will also appreciate the breeze that Ovacik offers, unlike the neighbouring resorts, such as Calis beach and Olu Deniz.

Fabulous family villa & ideal base for exploring the Fethiye area

We enjoyed a fab fortnight at the villa. From start to finish the booking process and customer service was efficient and friendly. The villa is spotless and perfectly located to explore Fethiye, Ovacik, Hisaronou and Olu Deniz. The pool and grounds are private and well kept. The villa is secure and in a residential area close to Hotel Celay. Taxi’s are easy to use, with shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. There’s plenty to do close by or just chill in the villa, which is well equipped and cleaned regularly throughout the stay. Staff were friendly and the host/Orka were only a call away. I’d highly recommend the villa and would book again happily. Thank you for a great holiday!

Delightful villa

Family of four (2 teen) have just returned from a delightful 2 weeks in Platinum 1. It is set in a quiet, peaceful location. The villa is lovely with everything we needed, (Even WiFi which you top up at local shop). The large villa pool was perfect with full sunshine all day. A cheap taxi ride away either to town or the beach (button to call taxi outside villa), with plenty of bars and restaurants on offer. The locals are incredibly friendly and can’t do enough for you. The owner was incredibly helpful before departure ensuring we had all the relevant information we needed. She also organised airport transfers. Highly recommend and we hope to be back next year.

Werden wir in Zukunft wieder buchen

Eileen ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Die Villa hat eine ruhige Lage mit schönem Ausblick und guter Erreichbarkeit. Der Pool ist schön groß um viel spaß zu haben. Ansonsten ist alles sehr sauber gewesen. Die Unterkunft haben wir bereits weiteren Familienmitgliedern und freunden empfohlen. Fairer Preis! Hervorragende Unterkunft & Gastgeber

Guten Tag, Ich möchte gerne ein Paar Worte zu unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa sagen. Erstmal erläutere ich die Reise Gruppe: Meine Frau und ich haben die Familie ihrer Schwester besucht die in Fethyie leben die Schwester der Ehemann und die beide Söhne 9 und 3 Jahre alt, die zu uns in die Villa gekommen sind. Das Haus bietet mit drei Schlafzimmern reichlich Platz! Das große Wohnzimmer mit offener Wohnküche ist auch super für mehrere Leute geeignet keiner steht sich im Weg herum. Der Riesige Swimmingpool ist das absolute Highlight dieser Unterkunft! Es kommt so gut wie täglich jemand vorbei um den Pool aufzufüllen, zu Chloren oder zu reinigen. Ebenso gibt es ein Reinigungsteam das auch regelmäßig vorbeikommt und sauber macht incl. Betten etc. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Frau Keeton ist auch super auch Anliegen die zur später Stunde per Mail gemeldet wurden wurden unverzüglich gelöst. Ich habe aber ein Tipp für alle die über eine Buchung nachdenken ein Mietauto ist unverzichtbar die Villa liegt leicht auf dem Berghang was kein Problem ist eine super schöne Lage nur wer seine Einkäufe dan ohne Auto den Berg hochträgt, ja das ist schon sportlich.! Das Fazit meiner Bewertung für diese Villa 5*****+ Außergewöhnlich!

Another wonderful time spent in this Villa

Lucky to be able to travel due to the restrictions lifted off turkey and able to go back and spend time with the family after 12 months of the covid-19 pandemic and the world gone topsy turvey So wonderful to be in the sunny weather and at the same time due to the lack of tourists the service was excellent. The villa is lovely and painted over again - lovely swimming pool and the road outside now all tarmac - no complaints and the reception at ORKA Villas helpful. Many thank Eileen for hosting us again.

Ein Hammer Haus. Würde ich sofort wieder Buchen

Alles Perfekt! Nur die Straße und Auffahrt zum Objekt war katastrophal, nur für Geländefahrzeuge geeignet. Die Außenbeleuchtung zur Haustür hat uns auch gefehlt, war schon sehr dunkel. Poolbeleuchtung ging leider erst am letzten Abend an nachdem wir den Hausmeister angesprochen haben. Nichts desto trotz ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil und ein zweite Reise wert.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé 6 jours en famille ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans cette villa. + Positif : La maison est exactement comme sur les photos, elle est spacieuse, jolie, propre et la piscine est un vrai atout. Eileen est très disponible lorsque l’on lui envoie des messages elle est très réactive. Il y a même une petite tortue dans le jardin qui nous a tenu compagnie pendant tout le séjour 😍 En revanche le négatif - : J’ai eu des coupures d’électricité 5 jours sur 6 pendant à chaque fois au moins 2-3h souvent le soir mais aussi en journée. Ce qui est très dommageable même si ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôte et qu’elle a toujours essayé de trouver des solutions en appelant le service de conciergerie sur place ou en dédommagement cela a vraiment gâché nos vacances. Voilà pourquoi j’ai mis cette note. Au niveau de l’emplacement attention à vos voitures car les routes ne sont pas goudronnées.

Das Haus ist Perfekt

Das Haus ist völlig in Ordnung. Der Pool, die Sanitarräume und die Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer sind Super. Im und um den Haus gibt's nichts auszusetzen. Leider ist nur die Umgebung eine reinste Baustelle. Die Strassen um den Haus herum sind nicht asphaltiert und mit vielen grossen Schlaglöchern und Steinen bestückt. Ein SUV ist Pflicht. Jeden Tag gibt es Wasserausfälle da Baumaßnahmen in dem Ort Ovacik stattfinden. Am besten vor der Buchung erkundigen ob die Wasserprobleme behoben sind. Die Ansprechpartnerin Eileen ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell wenn man Hilfe braucht.

A nice villa, a little off the beaten track.

The villa was nice & very well equipped for self catering. It would have been nice to have guest soaps in the bathrooms & tea towels & dishcloth in the kitchen. We bought an ashtray for outside as there wasn't one provided, there were a lot of cigarette butts on the grass from previous guests. The beds were very firm, too firm for us but that's just personal preference. Fue to local building work the water was cut off for a period of time each day. The pool was big & looked lovely but was absolutely freezing. The outside furniture around the pool was good including the sunbeds. There are table & chairs on the upstairs balcony, the plastic table was broken & could be dangerous. We had a lovely 5 days however we wouldn't choose to stay again due to the location. The whole area is steep un - made roads so you couldn't walk anywhere. I would suggest anyone booking this villa to hire a car. There is a taxi button on the post outside which provides a fast service picking up from the villa however some of the drivers didn't know the way back which proved a bit of a problem at night trying to get home. Eileen the owner was extremely helpful via email & replied promptly.

Ovacik, Oludeniz Summer 2020

Hi, Just a insight into our holiday in ovacik area for 2 weeks, I'm happy to give a fair account and also understand that sometimes there are some mishaps during your stay that are unavoidable. So firstly the villa is nice but can really do with a good cleaning - the ensuite Shower needs the drain unblocked. Bedrooms are good overall perhaps some pictures on the walls may look good. Kitchen is adequately equipped and living area is nice but the entertainment like TV,movies..etc..did not work. Outside area is lovely and best feature is the pool, its lovely. The downside the area was during the stay perhaps unavoidable there was construction being laid with new sewer system and that meant nearly everyday without water for showers for periods of time very frustrating especially shut up to 7.00pm when you should be getting ready to go out....can't understand why the maintenance people and owner did not know about this..there must be some correspondence with the local government? And same applied to the electricity - most annoying last day flying back same issue had a short shower at 18.40pm and taxi waiting outside..hmm 😒. Lots of work being done to the roads as well so noisy till 18.00 - 19.00pm sometimes. You will need a car to stay here, the taxi button outside did not work I advised the taxi company. So without these issue it would be a really lovely place to stay. Regards Manoj

An Ovacik oasis

This villa is the perfect destination for an escape from the rigours of everyday life. Ideally situated in the hills of Ovacik village, with a gentle breeze through neighbouring pine trees, it is close enough to restaurants but also to supermarkets if you choose to self-cater in the fully-appointed kitchen. The pool is huge, and both the property and the pool are well maintained. We felt very safe there despite Covid-19 and the extra cleaning precautions were very welcomed. Thanks to Eileen for everything she did to help with enquiries and make our stay safe and memorable. We hope to be back another time.

Sad to leave

If you want a peaceful location with all day sun by the pool then this is the villa for you. Hisaranou a 30 min walk away but always got taxi back as villa up hill (23 lira). Celay Hotel just down road which do nice food and takeaway service. Tesco Express bout 10 min walk away for essentials or Orka Market next door to main Orka Hotel where you check in do a delivery service every day if required. Thank you Eileen 😃

5 ladies in turkey

The villa was lovely plenty of room for us five ladies . Pool fab . Just a couple of things missing , sun brollies, a safe in villa (to much going to hotel all the time ) . Villa was cleaned every other day, pool and gardens well looked after . The villa was up steep hills which was a bit much for us ladies but saying that there was a button outside to press for taxi which were quick and cheap . Also you could use the bus from the okra hotel . Steve from hotel is very helpful and pleasant. He even went for our wifi .We had a fab holiday and would recommend to family . Turkish people very friendly.All restaurants were very good food cheap . We went on two boat trips which were very good value for money and enjoyed both .

Second visit to this fantastic villa

When we decided to visit Oludeniz again this year there was no question of where to stay! This is a lovely villa, spacious well maintained with great facilities. However it's crowning glory for us is the amazing pool, by far the largest we've stayed in! It's location is great, we hire a car but you can order a taxi right outside the door. It's 5 mins to Hisaronu and 10 mins to Oludeniz by car. There a nice Hotel 2 mins walk if you don't want to venture out! Would recommend paragliding, Jeep Safari and hiring a speed boat all great trips out! Fethiye is a 30 mins drive and worth a visit. Eileen the owner is superb quick to respond and happy to help with any queries! Thoroughly recommend this villa!!

Fantastic holiday!

We stayed for a week in june we had a fantastic holiday at the villa, eileen was great at dealing with our enquiries throughout very responsive and helpful we used the transfers arranged by eileen and they were brilliant The villa itself was very well equipped for our needs plenty of space ( there were 6 of us ) the maintenance of the villa was great cleaned, towels and sheets changed regularly & pool cleaned daily The kids loved the big pool and there was plenty of sace for loungers plus shaded patio to escape the sun Taxi button at the end of the drive was very convenient just a few mins into town and not far from olu deniz which we love we will be returning and would highly recommended staying here

beautiful villa, well situated for all local amenities, very comfortable and clean,. the owner is always very helpful and easy to contact , nothing is too much trouble , we have stayed at this villa twice now and would recommend it to anyone , just dont take the dates that i want, !!!!! DEL BOYS in hisaronu does lovely food but for that extra special meal then THE SECRET GARDEN in oludeniz is the place to go, excellent food and great service , and ADNAN the owner will always go the extra mile for you,

Lovely villa, with a fantastic pool

We stayed in the lovely villa for two weeks. It had all the facilities we wanted and was furnished to a high standard! The added bonus of wifi was welcomed by all! The pool is very large and makes this villa extra special! The pool was cleaned daily and was spotless, with plenty of sunbathing space around it to enjoy the fabulous weather! The villa is located above Ovacik in a quiet area with great views of the surrounding mountains. A car is advisable, but you can order taxis via a yellow call button right outside the villa and the Orka hotel will pick you up and drop you at their hotel. Our favourite area was Oludeniz which has great restaurants in beautiful settings right by the beach..Would recommend the paragliding even our 9 yr old bravely jumped off the mountain and loved it. . Eileen was great very helpful and responded to my many queries very quickly! In summary lovely villa, best pool we have experienced, quiet location.
