The Swimming Pool (6 mt. x 3,90 mt. with depth 112 cm) is framed by Tuscan hills . The Jacuzzi is located in the garden, among the trees.



Villa is equipped with 5 rooms “de charme” (one with balcony) designed to offer maximum relaxation, with all comforts and in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment. The furniture has been designed to be in contrast with the exterior space, deliberately modern and essential, and it presents itself with a fine contrast between ancient and modern. The rooms offer an extraordinary view of the Colle di Monsummano Alto and the surrounding valleys.

Notes: the room 3 is formed by a room and a small room. Room 5 has a small balcony. The rooms on the upper floor all have small windows because they are the original openings of the late 1400s.

You can reach Monsummano Alto very easily from Monsummano Terme, driving on an uphill road of about 2 kilometers, which for the most part is hidden from the surrounding landscape, given the large amount of trees and vegetation that follow the path, which winds up on West side of the hill.
