Grazie mille per la tua recensione, abbiamo apprezzato le parole che hai dedicato al tuo soggiorno.
Proprio per questo motivo, ci ha un po’ sorpreso il punteggio finale assegnato, che non sembra rispecchiare quanto descritto nel commento.
Durante il soggiorno abbiamo cercato di venirti incontro in più occasioni: ti abbiamo concesso un check-out tardivo e, nonostante un errore nel calcolo della tassa di soggiorno che ha portato al pagamento di un importo inferiore al dovuto, abbiamo comunque deciso di accettare senza alcun problema.
Per noi le recensioni sono molto importanti e rappresentano uno strumento fondamentale sia per chi ospita sia per i futuri ospiti: per questo riteniamo che sia importante che ci sia coerenza tra quanto scritto e il punteggio assegnato.
