Historical charm with modern convenience!
The apartment is part of a historical building with its foundation dating back to the VI century, remodeled in 1920. We purposely left the original red ceramic floors, the old cast iron heaters and the huge windows that floods the entire house with light. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove and a Bialetti Moka for a traditional espresso). High speed wi-fi internet. Living room with smart TV (Netflix and other streaming platforms available, we do not have basic cable service with local channels) a portable tower fan and a small bluetooth sound speaker. Balcony with one small table and two chairs for outdoor meals and relax.
One master bedroom with a King size (Matrimoniale) mattress with ceiling fan, a private bathroom and plenty of closet space.
A laundry is also available, keep in mind there isn’t a dryer unit so you’ll have to hang your clothes to dry.
