Ολοκαίνουριο ισόγειο, ιδανικό για απολαυστικές διακοπές. Ήσυχο και άνετο, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 5 άτομα , με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο , στο κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με 1 διπλό το ένα και 2 μονά το άλλο. Έχει μεγάλες ντουλάπες και κλιματισμό σε όλους τους χώρους. Άνετο μπάνιο με πλυντήριο/στεγνωτήριο, όλα τα απαραίτητα. Υπάρχει ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και καθιστικό με τραπέζι, τηλεόραση και τραπεζαρία, για να απολαύσετε λαχταριστά γεύματα από την πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

The apartment was renovated with much love and care in May 2017.
It is quite spacious and comfortable for singles, a couple (2) or for a group up to 5 people.
It is equipped with new appliances, i.e. washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, 4 induction plates cooker, big fridge, iron, hairdryer etc
It has also a lot of storage room for any size suitcases and other equipment you may have with you.

The entire apartment is available to the guests. There are no restrictions in the usage of the space and it has its own private entrance.

As myself leave abroad, my lovely mother (Chrysanthi) is going to be your host, she will be there to give you the key and to show you around the apartment. She will also help with anything else you may need. Be sure she will go the extra mile to make your stay in the apartment and in Heraklion unforgettable :-)

Ground floor (independent entrance), fully equipped (incl bed linen, bath towels), shampoo/shower gel).
10-15 min taxi ride from the Airport
7-10 min taxi ride from the harbor
Supermarket and Car Rentals around the corner.
1.5 min walk away from the main city square, museums, shops, bars/restaurants ancient Venetian harbour.
I wish I was there too...

The neighborhood is DOWN TOWN CITY CENTRE.
The apartment could not have been more centrally located. Within 1.5 min walk you can find yourself at one of the main pedestrian streets leading either to the ancient Venetian harbour (GOULE) or to one of the main city squares (LIONS) surrounded with car rentals, cafe's/restaurants/shops/bars/Pita Gyros souvlaki places (my mouth is watering as I write these words!), souvenir shops and many many people chilling and drinking cold fredo-cappuccino under the Greek sun!!!

You are a 15 min taxi ride away from the airport (N.Kazantzakis)
You are a 7-10 min taxi ride away from the harbour (in case you are traveling to Heraklion by boat)
You are a 10 min walk away from the main Bus Station where you can make use of comfortable buses to travel to other main cities of Crete: Agios (Saint) Nikolaos, Rethymno, Chania, Sitia, Ierapetra

There are no charges (FREE/GRATIS) for infants and little children up to 3 years of age.
You can let us know if you want home made breakfast from the lovely owner mrs Chrysanthi. (home-made jam, fruits from our own garden, bread, coffee/tea, cheese, milk, home-made olive oil and wine)!
