Living room: The heart of the house furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs around a fireplace, It is part of the large open plan living/dining room. With views through the patio windows through to the dining terrace, garden and pool. The living room benefits from a beautiful grand piano. A Sonos sound system is linked in the room and on to the dining terrace outside.

The Dining room: Also has views through the patio windows through to the dining terrace, garden and pool. It has a cosy dining space with a table for 10 and is conveniently accessed by the kitchen the next room adjoining it.

The Kitchen: is very well equipped and is ideally placed for serving food to the dining room or indeed eating at the island or small round dining table for 4-6 people. Equipped with a large gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer.

The Utility room: has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Office: Next to the living room is a large office space with a desk and several raised workstations.

The house sleeps up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms. There is one ground floor bedroom with ensuite and 4 on the first floor, a separate building has 2 further large ensuite bedrooms each with a terrace.

Master bedroom: The bedroom is ideal for those not wishing to climb stairs and is off the office, there is a 1.60m bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with access to a beautiful courtyard garden with dining terrace and an ornamental pool with a fountain.

Bedroom 2: With a 1.80m bed and view to the garden, and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink, and WC).

Bedroom 3: With a 1.40m bed and view to the garden.

Bedroom 4: With a 1.60m bed and view to the garden, and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and WC).

The large beautifully kept gardens and grounds have something for everyone: There is relaxation around the 13m heated pool with security cover, A beautiful formal garden with a boules court, and plenty of gardens to explore and enjoy.

Stepping out from the house you have a dining terrace that commands a view over the pool. There is a pool house next to the pool with a shaded dining area and outdoor lounge furniture. There is also a BBQ that can be used in the summer kitchen area.

A discreet area from the pool terrace houses the jacuzzi and a ping pong table.

You arrive through secured gates and there is ample parking set beneath shading trees.
