This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access, although guests must climb stairs to reach it.
This space is designed with an open layout that seamlessly connects the living, kitchen, and sleeping areas. The cozy living room is a great spot to unwind with a TV after a day of discovering the city.
The open kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy meals together. It’s fully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware, cutlery, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals.
The sleeping area, subtly separated by a high shelf with open cubes, offers a comfortable queen bed and plenty of storage for your belongings.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Bonfim, a charming neighbourhood in Porto, offers a more relaxed and local atmosphere close to the city’s main attractions. Known for its traditional tiled houses and vibrant street art, Bonfim showcases Porto’s rich cultural heritage. Visitors can explore the beautiful Igreja de São João Baptista and wander its peaceful streets, where local cafes and shops provide a taste of everyday life in the city.
While quieter than the city centre, Bonfim is still a great base for exploring Porto. It’s just a short walk to the iconic Ribeira district along the Douro River and the famous Livraria Lello. The neighbourhood is also home to some of the best eateries in Porto, offering authentic Portuguese cuisine and the perfect spot to experience the city’s warm hospitality.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest subway station, Bolhão, is just 600 meters away.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
