About this property
Villa Paradise Summar
Summary:
Villa Paradise is a large Italian lodge overlooking the River Ticino. It makes a great setting for a large family or group holiday. But it also works equally well for those looking to host an event or celebration. Accommodation is split between a main villa and an adjacent dependence.
The Space:
Enter Villa Paradise and you would be forgiven for thinking you had entered an African hunting lodge. The owners of this Italian villa rental certainly have a passion for Africa and this is reflected in much of the decor.
As guests walk along the entrance hall, they will find themselves in an extremely spacious open plan living and dining area. This is the perfect entertainment space, complete with large table and chairs arranged to make the most of the views. There are also comfortable sofas arranged around a central fireplace, whilst to the other side of the room is a bar area. Bar stools are arranged around the bar, creating a fantastic social space.
Also on this level is a good sized study, furnished with a large desk and traditional leather sofa. And next to this is a professional kitchen with stainless steel units. Large ovens and plenty of work space makes it perfect for those looking to hire caterers for an event. There is also a WC leading from this hallway.
The bedrooms are arranged on this floor too. The first is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom which has doors leading to a private balcony furnished with a circular table and chairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine level with two single beds. It is a room that can work well for families with children, or even for groups of children to share together. It boasts an ensuite bathroom with shower.
There are then two further double bedrooms. These share a bathroom which sits in the middle of the two rooms. A clever traffic light system lets guests in each room know whether the bathroom is in use.
A final double bedroom and ensuite bathroom sits at the end of the hallway.
A spiral staircase from the living area leads down to the lower level of the villa. Here there is a large living area which also has a table football table for guests to enjoy. Sofas are arranged around a TV making it a great space for teens. A table tennis table can be kept inside here in the Winter months but is usually put outside during the Summer. There is a further bathroom here too.
External steps lead from the outside of the property to the dependence. Here, guests will find an opan plan living, dining and kitchen area. There are also three bedrooms here. The first is furnished with a double bed whilst the others both have single beds.
Outside, Villa Paradise enjoys sweeping views over the River Ticino. It is extremely relaxing to be able to hear the sound of the water flowing past all day. Please note that it is not possible to swim in the river.
