18th century house, fully restored, with two floors, with the upper floor for bedrooms and bathrooms (one private) and the lower one for the dining room and kitchen. It has central wood heating ..
Outside, in addition to the covered barbecue and a wood oven there is a large garden and a swimming pool with the respective support house that also serves as a laundry.
The house is completely walled, has an excellent sun exposure, where the pool imposes itself on hot days. Then the well-kept garden and lawn make it a magnificent place to spend a holiday with family or friends.

Great House Near Geres

Super house in a beautiful setting. It has everything you need, plenty of room, peace and quiet. Coming back to the house after a long day of hiking in Geres was just perfect. The hosts are super warm and friendly, they even started us off with a gift basket of eggs, wine, bread, and pastries. Antonio could not have been a better host. The kitchens (indoor and outdoor) are well equipped. There is a grocery near by and a fabulous restaurant called O Vaticano just 5 minutes down the road. Highly recommend this house!

Fabulous house in a stunning location

This house is amazing. The photos on here don't do it justice. The views are incredible and it's got everything you need for a perfect family holiday. We loved the pool and garden and the outside BBQ cooking area. We swam in the nearby river every day and went hiking on the public routes when it was cool enough. Antonio and Isabel were great hosts, welcoming us on arrival and leaving some nice gifts. Antonio also helped us to organise the vet appointment for our dog before we left. We went to the lake one day, but it was too busy to even park and too hot to walk far with the dog. We drove rpund the area and saw fantastic scenery and picturesque villages. The access to the house is through a very narrow entrance way and some of the roads are steep and narrow. Our kiss are grown up so I'd say this house suits families with older children. Overall we had a lovely time and would like to return soon. Thank you Antionio and Isabel.
