The apartment also benefits from underfloor central heating, high speed wi-fi, and a large Smart TV in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hobs, microwave and a full range of cooking utensils. There is a utility cupboard that houses the washing machine.

The master and second bedrooms are both appointed with a double bed and Smart TV’s and the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is space in the master bedroom to accommodate an additional travel cot (which can also be provided upon request). There is an allocated parking space available upon request and lift access directly from the secure underground car park.
